Birthday Flowers

This is a painting of the beautiful flowers my boyfriend bought me for my birthday back in August. I'm not sure if it's finished, but I like how it's super feminine with all the pink. (I think it's even more pink in real life, that's artificial lighting for you) Also, I used a palette knife for the majority of this painting. I actually started painting the flowers because I had way too much red left over from another painting, but I'm glad I did. I think it will be a very nice girly piece with just minor finishing touches.
