Saluda River Club Art on the River

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Art on the River event at the Saluda River Club, off Corley Mill Road in Lexington, South Carolina. If you've never been you should stop by and enjoy thier many walking paths. You have to drive go in the first entrance and keep going back .Eventually you'll see a sign that points you to the left, then you'll see a giant, gorgeous club house. It looks like a castle and cabin at the same time. So unique.


Inside the club house several artists displayed their work. Artists included, my good friend and mentor, Suzanne Morgan Wilkins, my current instructor, Michael Story, and other very talented artists Daniel Sedita, Melony Stuckey, David Banegas, Jose Cozzani and Emilliano Celiz. Below is a Costa-Rica inspired painting by Suzanne Morgan Wilkins, I could not find any of her Lake Murray or Saluda River pieces online, but I love all her work!


It was such a lovely event. I ran into a lot of good friends I haven't seen in a while. I also met some great contacts. What a fun itme!
